Delay Before Commit Transaction

Delay before commit transaction database call range in milliseconds. In benchmark terms it is equivalent to think time.

For no delay set the range values as 0 / 0.

For fixed delay of 1 second, set the range values as 1000 / 1000.

For random delay between 1 and 2 seconds, set the range values as 1000 / 2000.
