Number of threads to start for each connection for the workload.

When this is set to 2 and when there are 2 connection strings, 4 threads will be used by this workload.

Starting too many threads is not recommended due to Windows Operating System resource pressure; in that case it is recommended to start multiple instances of SQLTest.
