Enable StepAt Synchronization

Waits for user to click “Step” before the synchronization database call. All further synchronization waits can be cancelled by clicking “Continue”.

For example, when one checks both “Start of Iteration” and “Enable StepAt Synchronization”, every start of iteration from all workload threads will wait for the user to click “Step”.
